I like the idea of having discounts on purchases based on your history.
I also like the idea of discounts based on how much software you buy.
It goes like this:

By default, you have one personal deal and one random deal, alongside what publishers set aside as storewide sales.
The personal deal may be based on a game you already bought, like Fire Emblem: Awakening. So, you have a discount on a game like Fire Emblem Fates.
The random deal has tiers. Tiers that can be unlocked once a certain number of points off titles - or sheer number of them - is reached. The higher the tier, the better the deals are and the more numerous they are.
This also affects the personal deals you receive, since you have many games in your possession that you can now utilize for deals.

If your random deal is the same as your personal deal, it's your lucky day! The discount stacks. Oh, there's also a sale put aside by the publisher? Guess what? It stacks even further!
