I usually Star if a level is good or does creative n interesting things. Even if I can't beat it as long as I can clearly tell effort was put forth I'll star it! I just uploaded the levels I had, and didn't think too much about it because I didn't know at what point it would increase the cap. I thought it would be lower than 50. Anyway, I think the most unfortunate thing is that the level I spent the least amount of time and effort on is my most starred level. It's literally just a level called "It's possible" and was just me trolling around, like my Mii name implies I do.
