Can the WiiU outsell the PS Vita?

I thought I'd drop by with an observation I've made as of late.

The Wii U (in America, at least) is normally bundled with two games when sold.

I'm thinking Wii U would be down year-on-year from last year's roughly 2.5 million shipment in Q4, mainly because of America finally giving out, but the minimum figure for Q4 I'd say is 2 million units.
Either way, even if Wii U exceeds my expectations and breaches last year's sales, I honestly doubt it would be enough to close the gap with Vita...


...then again, why is Vita doing so well in RoW?
