Correct me if 'm but aren't games on ps4/x1 running mostly on medium with high settings.

and imo you should update your cpu.

Shadow of mordors "minimum" req is i5 750

http://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Core-i5-750-vs-AMD-Athlon-II-X4-860K/2773vs3265

witcher 3 - again minimum i5 2500k (your already below minimum)

http://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Core-i5-2500K-vs-AMD-Athlon-II-X4-860K/619vs3265

mgs 5 - i5 4460 (again already below minimun)

http://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Core-i5-4460-vs-AMD-Athlon-II-X4-860K/2310vs3265

Imo If you want to run games that will be released 4-5 yrs  from now without a problem,  you should get a better cpu...

intel, you mean you should get an INTEL cpu.  they are far superior to amds, but well they arent cheap.

you can play most multiplats with a that amd cpu(the consoles have weak cpus too), BUT alot of pc exclusives will not run well because they need alot of cpu power.

Aye I definitely would not consider that bundle of cheap parts a next gen crusher, I mean sure it might have 8gb of Ram but that is going to be eaten alive by an OS unless you happen to want linux (lol game support) or steamOS when its ready. I know X1 and PS4 both have fairly heft OS's running on their memory as well but it isn't DDR3 and isn't nearly as much as Win7/8/10 would consume, also Windows is no where near as good at taking the resources for a Game as a console would be from the OS.

Again don't get me wrong, I agree you can make a good PC for little money, but going to PC part picker and trying to get the biggest on paper specs for the least money is not a good idea... heck even the comparison of the 1x8gb stick of memory compared to going with a 2x4gb pair would give such better performance.
