What aspects of the PlayStation Ecosystem would you change or add?

And there are still people who buy PS3s, and I would retire my PS3 away from the living room if I could have one with cross chat. And besides that, more RAM would help with more than cross chat, it would also help with games. 

Handhelds and home consoles are different. But even then the new 3DS's hardware boost isn't something I would go along with if I was on the board at Nintendo.

Problem is there's only a few people that would re-buy a new PS3 for crossgame chat, which doesn't mean all their friends would. It would've been better to have done a year before the PS4 launched.
