What aspects of the PlayStation Ecosystem would you change or add?

And there are still people who buy PS3s, and I would retire my PS3 away from the living room if I could have one with cross chat. And besides that, more RAM would help with more than cross chat, it would also help with games. 

Nintendo wanted to prolong the New 3DS cycle. The sales were declining, and they had to do something. On the other hands, Sony wishes people would move from PS3 to PS4. So this wouldn't make business sense.   

I'm aware of the circumstances, only citing an occasion in which a console did indeed receive a power boost.
