It does mention that you can 'watch' in the notes. It seems a no brainer that events such as TGS and Playstation Experience would also be streamed and available in the Events section.

You're right, it does make sense.  Here's hoping it will.  I really enjoyed watching conferences on the big screen when my PC was hooked up to my TV.
