It's hard to believe... this game is solid, there was downloadable demo... drought and... Japan is lost. They don't play normal games anymore... I can understand it's not a systemseller but... there is nothing to play... Pathetic. You know what'll help with that, post a link. That would definatly help change the thread a bit.
I know somebody who set up a Japanese PSN and downloaded the demo, he said he liked it. Not only that, it got a good rating (as from an earlier post) so what you said seems a little more likely than it flat out bombing just by looking at the sales numbers.
