ISIS isn't the most cooperative organization when it comes to peace talks.

This, I feel, is a three-part war. Between the West (and their allies), Syria (and its allies), and ISIS (and whoever's funding their systematic destruction of Syria.)

Set up peace talks with Syria and the rebels to at least quiet down that front. Talk with Turkey to ease their stance against the Kurds, and you know, not attack those who are fighting ISIS for them? And, lastly, cut off ISIS and engage a sort of pincer attack.

Then again, I'm being an armchair president...
