Raiden's sword is not made of Antartic Vibranium. Normal Vibranium absorbs energy placed upon it strengthing it. Antartic is basically the opposite, it causes other metals to lose their molecule bonds weaking them which looks like melting. 

Misty Knight is a private detective, member of Daughters of Dragon with Colleen Wing (a very good fighter), she also was member of Heroes for Hire. She got her arm from Tony Stark after she lost her original in a bomb explosion. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Misty_Knight

Eitherway, a weird choice of comparisons. It's kind like they chose Raiden only because they knew he had that sword and could harm Wolverine. Straight fight, no sword or Adamantium, Raiden has no chance.

Exactly. The High Frequency Blade cuts at molecular bonds. This was a fight that was chosen by Torrian (The Animator of the show) as he wanted Raiden to be in Death Battle and picked Wolverine as his opponent
