The problem is, how often does the typical consumer consider buy a second console? Consumers tend not to buy new hardware for a long time, lest there will be more "stuff cluttering the house". The TC ought not to assume that everyone is so materialist that they must buy all the best of the best hardware out in the market (that includes HDTVs if their current SDTV is working fine and is not crocked).
