Something tells me you "forgot" the outrage by Playstation fans when Monster Hunter 3 and Fatal Frame 4 were announced for Wii.
I can only speak for me and I do not care about Monster Hunter. It seems to be a mediocre game even on the PSP. And I do not even know what Fatal Frame 4 is. I am pretty sure its japanese developed and targeted as well?
Which is makes it a nobrainer to put it on the Wii. The 360 is dead in Japan and the PS3 is struggling. But since I am no Japanese I normally do not care about games that are predominantly targeted at Japanese. I hate JRPGs, I am annoyed by Manga and I detest female warriors in 50feet battle robots.
Any western PS360 gamer who likes one of these things may be annoyed about MH and fellow games jumping ship but seriously I do not care.
If you really believe that all the big games will be HD-exclusive you're going to be dissapointed.
Didn't say all. Didn't say exclusive. But at the moment most western (targeted )third-party titles are done for the PS360 and a different development team makes optionally a Wii and Ps2 version. That's fine for me since it doesn't make the game worse for me. I would only have a problem with that if the Wii was the lead platform and I would get crappy upscaled ports. But this danger seems to be slim as long as the money for the "core/hardcore/whatever you call it" games comes predominantly from PS360.
So for all I care Nintendo can conquer the casual gamer market and make boatloads of money. Doesn't seem to change the fact that PS360 have the superior game lineup (for me) now and in the future.
