My top 5

1.) Fire Emblem 

2.) Shin Megami Tensei

3.) Monster Hunter

4.) Final Fantasy  actually I'd have to give this spot to Pokemon.. Final Fantasy, you are number 6 now. Sorry :P

5.) The Legend of Zelda

 

I would put Splatoon in there but they haven't made more than 1 game yet so that's why it isn't in there. :P
