| DevilRising said: No offense, OP, but about 500 of these exact type of threads have been made, almost literally since the launch of the damn thing in 2012. The controller has never been the problem. It was NoA's shitty marketing. That's been discussed ad naseum in countless threads. At this point, Wii U is what it is. It's not gonna "catch up" to PS4, so there's no point in worrying about it. Enjoy the good games it does get, and move on. If Nintendo wants to spur sales, then they need to drop the damn price THIS holiday season, have some new bundles ready, and advertise the fuck out of the thing. And even then, it's not ever gonna catch up to PS4. So I say, oh well. |
No one needs it to catch up to the Ps4. Nintendo just needs to have some avarage sales, like at least gamecube levels. The problem Im seeing iss that going to the next console while the current userbase is so little and frankly, some are disapointed, might nt be the best move. People will loose trust like with sega. Unless they do something so revoutionary that people wont be able to resist. Wich could happen, but its unlikely.
While the marketing is a big deal, just inmagine how easier it would be to market a console for $100 less.
It takes genuine talent to see greatness in yourself despite your absence of genuine talent.
