This kind of silly. Leviticus (which is chief source cited by most Christians who have a bone to pick with homosexuality) in the Bible also prohibits the eating of shell fish and mixed fabrics.

So if I'm running a restaurant and someone orders lobster, I could have a waiter say "well I refuse to bring this order out because of my religious beliefs" or I could have a chef say "I refuse to cook that order because of my religion".

Or if I have a clothing store I could have a person say "I refuse to sell anyone any shirt made out of nylon because of my religious beliefs".

That person should be fired. Immediately. If you can't do your job because of your religious convictions, then that's your problem and you should go work somewhere else.
