What's good about this is that it's apparently a combo pack, though. I think it coming with both seasons would make up for the late release a bit. I'd definitely pick it up since I haven't played S2 yet, nor the DLC.
Edit: But yeah Steam is a much cheaper alternative so that's understandable.
