Well I think there is a really good chance that one of the DLC tracks could be a offroad/rally course. One of the few cars that didn't make it over from Horizon 2 is the 2014 VW #34 Rockstar Engergy Drink Beetle GRC I could see that car be included in a track car pack for a offroad/rally course. One of the first DLC tracks needs to be one of the Japanese tracks from Forza 4 or better yet a new Japanese track to Forza that is actually well known for having races while it rains Fuji Speedway.
