Wow. The OP also has a serious misunderstanding of NFC, barcodes, and BC by what is written. Geese. NFC can't scan barcodes. Barcodes don't have NFC readers. Barcodes are not unique amongst different copies of the same product, so scanning one wouldn't prevent anyone from scanning the same thing again.
And lastly, downloading a game isn't some magical nether realm. You still need Wii U architecture. It's literally the same data as a physical copy. My brain.
