One of the major problem that people faces when they want to use Nintendo's content is that - Nintendo's brand is too strong to gain large - or sometimes even noticeable benefit from some Lets Players.
In addition, they have rooted fear of fan created contents - which is weird since they are turning blind eyes on the reason why they had fear in the first place.
I do have disdain for the strike-down however. Even though they try to control their image like Disney---
They are not cracking down enough to be Disney, while cracking down too much to the point where they can't avoid criticism and anger.
