Jupiter ascending started out promising, yet the story path hindered it greatly. It was actually fun to see the mish mash of Cinderella, Dune, Soylent green, Barbarella, etc all the way to the Silver surfer. Costumes were great, special effects spectacular, yet that only added to the disappointment seeing it all wasted on such a badly constructed story.
My score for it was also dragged down by watching Interstellar again afterwards. I hadn't noticed before that Cooper shakes Alicia's hand in the worm hole while he's going back. I guess the previous 2 times I was too absorbed by the music :)
