No, Nintendo said clearly and excatly what the content on the game was on day 1, so you paid knowing exactly what you were buying and knowing that it would grow more and more for the next few months, and the end, they ended up delivering way more than expected, as nobody expected so many new weapons, new gear, and the new maps turned to be quite awesome. But you, not only don´t appreciate at all the fact that Nintendo rewarded the confidence of their buyers big time with Splatoon, or that the game is more alive than ever right now thanks to that design choice, you are still nitpicking about it even when you are already proved to be wrong.


The content on day 1 was never clear as they promised "updates" in the coming months. Nobody could have known how big or small was the game. The only fact is that all the content they promised was not free.
