Name me one big indie game that is missing on the Wii U? (besides Minecraft, can we still call this indie?)
It's getting Yooka-Laylee, Mighty No. 9, Bloodstained, Shantae: Half Genie Hero and Minecraft: Story Mode. Pretty much all of the big upcoming console indie games.

A quick look at the Wikipedia lists for PS4 throws up loads of released or upcoming indie games that mention nothing about the Wii U.
A few big hitters (VERY dependent on how you define 'indie') and lesser known titles I'm personally looking forward to:

The Witcher 3
No Man's Sky
WiLD
The Witness
Outlast
Unravel
Adr1ft
Shenmue 3
All Telltale games
Ori and the blind forest
Flower
Journey
Abzu
DayZ
Volume
The list goes on a bit more.
I can't say I know of a Wii U exclusive indie game that I would like, but I'm not well informed on the Wii U library so there well may be one or more games.

TW3 is an indie game now? Lmao. Journey is a PS3 game. They changed nothing in the PS4 version but double the framerate. You might as well count backwards comptability then. I don't think anything changed in Flower even.
Wii U is getting Minecraft: Story Mode and The Walking Dead Season 1 & 2 btw. I haven't even heard about most of the other games, so I don't care.

If you don't care about those games, that's fine, but you could have said 'there aren't any indie games not on Wii U that I like' then you wouldn't have been wrong!
And yes The Witcher 3 is an indie game by most definitions. Independently owned developer, independently funded game. They self published the game apart from the physical console edition in some regions.
