Halo is MS's biggest game this Xmas, Fable will fail badly (seriously it will flop bad... no one asked for a 4player fable MP game), while Forza will do the usual and have to be bundled to get the millions of sales.
Tomb Raider is a strange one, it in theory should do well, but the console that it did well on, they have excluded, not only that it's coming out the same day as Fallout (very surprised that the dates not been moved)... even worse for TR is that MS is marketing both, and guess which one they are going to support more... yep Halo.
I love exclusives as much as the next person, but this Xmas is all about Halo and third parties in FO4, COD, AC and SW Battlefront. Sony do not need to worry as long as they do bundle deals when they need to.
I buy lot's of games and my wallet is in pain this year, so anyone who says there aren't enough games on PS4 is frankly crazy. The end user doesn't care if they are exclusive, 2nd party or Multiplatform.
