Yeah there is. Remember, you got knocked out and can't remember who you are. Then when you wake up you decide to become a Monster Hunter. You get this cute little pig as a pet. You've got a bunch of crazy cats in the kitchen always cooking up something new. You get a farm where you can go fishing and go bug hunting. And then you get this wild mission to go kill a Yang Kut Ku and you find out they're really fucking hard to kill (the first time). It goes on from there. Yep, that's the story.
