Mirror tracks come randomly online depending on who has unlocked them.
So if a good number of racers have unlocked everything then there is more chance a track will be mirrored.
I presume if everyone racing has unlocked everything that there is a 1/4 chance as it will choose between 50/100/150cc and mirror mode.
I don't like it when it chooses 50cc, it feels like I am not pressing A hard enough.
