I don't get where this belief comes from that a game can only be a system seller if the system sales dramatically increase in the week of the game release. A good game is also a reason to finally buy a new system in the following week... and the week after that... and even months later.
But if the whole Halo install base is already on the Xbox One, that's the best what can happen to Microsoft... over ten million Halo 5 sales confirmed. ;)
