Well, that could be one way. The machine could even ask you your mood. For example, imagine Cortana speaking to you and asking you stuff. Seems more immersive.
NX could have a device to read you a la QoL or with the help of QoL. That thing is supposed to read a bit of how you are feeling, right?

Still, a quick check when you start the machine or even via smartphone so when you come and home and start playing you don't have to waste time!

Still, do you really want to answer personal questions when you just wanna sit down and play? But I do like that QoL thing! That's something MS should have done with Kinect! That would have made that tech awesome!
