Nintendo Patents: In Game Chat, Sound Sampling, Low Power Mode, and More

Tachikoma US patent system is really weird and messed up.
Its like how apple could sue someone for makeing a retangular phone, or because of a colour.
Even the Icon thing, was way over the top.

 

If nintendo is copying something the others do, but they havnt patented, maybe nintendo ends up sueing them afterwards.
