Well, based on the fact that Grand Theft Auto is bigger than Halo, and should have an almost as good total on 360, I'll guess 3.7M for that one too. There are a bit more 360s out, so the same total seems fair to me. Give or take 200K. For Ps3 I'll go with 2.5M. The reason for that number, is as follows. 360 prediction / total 360s without Japan * total Ps3 without Japan * 120% as Ps3 games tend to have bigger AR on first week.

This totals 6200K, but I have a feeling I'm lowballing the X360, and therefore also the Ps3, so I say 6250 +/- 250K

Mario Kart Wii won't have as huge an opening as it has had in other countries. Here it will be more alike "Normal" Mario Kart openings. I guess a 600K total, with 330K from Europe and 70K from Japan. Total is about 1M, bringing the total sales up to around 3M, but probably a bit below.

For Wii Fit second week, I'm guessing 30K from Japan and 270K from Europe, making total sales 300K, making it an about 50% drop-off rate.

Wii hardware will be big in USA, but pretty low everywhere else. I'm assuming 80K Europe, 40K Japan and 280K USA making a total of 400K.

Ps3 hardware will have a boost from GTA IV (it launched in Europe too, right?) and end up at 220K Europe, 220K USA and 10K Japan, making it land at roughly 450K.

X360 hardware will not be as heavily affected as Ps3, but total will be around 360K. I have no territorial figures.
