So if I push or even encourage someone who's in a fragile state and they end up killing themselves, I'm scott free of responsibility? Because after all it was all their responsibility right?

Boy must nice to be a hacker.

Yip thats right

Why not flip this around then?

If you're getting cheated odds are it's before you're f*cking boring in a relationship, let yourself go, or are an asshat full stop and probably deserved to get cheated on. Lets just blame everyone then.

Did the hackers also consider that this might shame/embarrass the people who were getting cheated on? Say a wife/husband privately dealt with this ... did they ever consider that it might put the person who was cheated on through hell too to have something like that made public if it's a site their significant other signed up for like 8 years ago?

In my opinion that couple absoutely has the right to sue these piece of shit hackers into infinity. You don't have the right to arbitrarily disclose information like this just because your girlfriend went out and sucked off some other dude who wasn't a pansy (which is pretty much probably what happened), and now you decided you're going to impact hundreds/thousands of other people's lives? No Mr. Hacker(s). Fuck you is what I say to that. You're not the morality police and no one asked you to be.
