Because you start to burn out your customer, people are really starting to hate them in some Wii U communities, sure the collectors will keep buying them but those are the collectors... if you want everyone one to become a collector you have to give them the chance of getting them all (no shortage) and a phasing that allows them to actually buy them, not just send another serie when is hard to get the previous one in stores.
