PES 2016 Will Not Run at Native 1080p on Xbox One

I'm playing CS:GO with 4:3 stretched on my monitor (which means it has a lower resolution and is ....stretched)  even if it looks like shit from three centuries ago just because it changes how good I hit people and you ask if something like that is a deal breaker? Lol
