Look at Arkham City on the Wii U, it got 11 points less on average. Then look at games like Journey, TLOU: R, Fez, Bastion, Flower, Shovel Knight (PS4), etc.

Titanfall, with no singleplayer campaign and not a lot of content got 86%. Halo: MCC, who's online still doesn't work correctly, is sitting at 85%.

To be fair, Samus, the same can be said about alot of the wii u games. 

 

Anyway about the main topic. It's done by a different reviewer so a different score makes sense. Also the reviewer that did the wii u review probably didn't like the gamepad. 

Feel free to give examples and I shall give you my (honest) thoughts on them.
