Could Zelda U be next years Wii U summer blockbuster?

In terms of reviews, splatoon is just a decent game, nothing special. Zelda has a good chance to wow everyone with reviews, but hd development + open world + competition from fallout and witcher 3 leave me skeptical. I would say it has to cross a 90% metacritic threshold.

In terms of sales, unless a game sells above 5 million copies, I really don't consider it a blockbuster so much as I do a good selling game. Many games have sold over a million and have been deemed flops, and while that may not be the case for splatoon, I set 5 million copies as a threshold. Seeing as how skyward sword is nowhere near 5 million, I doubt zelda wii u would reach that.

And no, this isn't me being biased against the wii u, given how smash and bayonetta 2 pass the reviews threshold, and mario kart 8 passes the sales threshold (all of which is done in 2014)
