if one of my friends gets ruby or saphire will he be able to battle with me in all the same modes online? Also is there a 3v3 option or matchmaking of any form?
I still have my old pokemon blue and silver games, can I transfer my pokemon from those to the current game using pokemon bank or is that impossible? I'm worried the battery on my gameboy cartridges is going to die soon and I'll lose all the pokemon I've caught and traded over the years.
Sorry for all the questions, haven't been keeping up with pokemon at all. Also is there a good way I can learn about the IV/EV stuff. I have a general idea of how it works but would like to be more knowledgeable before I start so that I train correctly from the beginning.
