No they're not. Keep in mind I'm just talking about the singleplayer here as I don't care for online:

Way too simple, linear, too easy, zero challenge, zero exploration or puzzles, no end-game content (that is worth a damn), stupid dumb ass story, ugly graphics, poor framerate, no 3D effect.
