Why do people think the next Zelda will be on NX?

I don't really get that. The game is practically guaranteed to be on Wii U. The issue is whether it will be on the NX as well. If it's on both then why would that disappoint the Wii U fanbase in any way? They still get the game regardless of whether they want to upgrade to an NX or not.

because it would probl be inferior on wii u. You get a system because nintendo advertise it with a new big zelda game coming (tech demo as an example) and then you get a gimped down 720p30fps version and all people that just skipped the wii u get the superior product. 

Its similar to the new smartphone releases. When the iPhone 6 get released, its "the shit". But one year later, everybody want to iPhone 6s and nobody really cares alot about the inferior iphone 6.

Many people always want the best. And not getting the best version on the console the game was announced for at launch would make many people mad.
