How would you rate the Wii U's hardware compared to other Nintendo systems?

The NES has issues but nothing a good "cartridge blowing" couldn't fix. I owned six DS consoles and all three "phats" suffered from a broken hinge.

Aside from that, all of my Nintendo consoles (I owned all except Virtua Boy) never had any issues.
