The inevitable happened:
- The Walt Disney Co. announced the changes Saturday at D23, a biannual fan conference in California.
- A similar land is coming to Disneyland in California, the company announced.
- The Star Wars areas will each be 14 acres – Disney's largest single themed land expansion ever.
- It will include what Walt Disney Co. CEO Bob Iger called "an epic Star Wars adventure that puts you in the middle of a climactic battle between the First Order and the Resistance."
- Another attraction will put guests behind the controls of the Millennium Falcon.
I saw this coming from a mile away when Disney bought Star Wars. :D
