Leaking financial data is usually considered as very, very bad idea.

In regards to that he basically said the cost of localizing far outweighed what they got back and outlined how localizing is actually far more expensive then people realize but I doubt that's an issue as contract wise he needed permission to be speaking publically. The one issue is thatit confirmed if NOE never brought the game over the wouldn't be a western version.
