VGC is a heaven of evil. The estimates ioi puts (or used to) are creations out of his mind and shall never be believed. Therefore, VGC's community does not deserve his numbers or anyones.

...Yeah, that and people have gotten in serious trouble (like, with their jobs) for sharing NPD with the non-paying public.
