Splatoon Turf War Rules:

The August Update finally allows for private lobbies, so you know what that means! Splatoon Tournaments!

Basically, like all other events, all you need to do is to sign up with your nickname and be sure to friend the person(s) hosting the event! (They will be shown on the signup sheet). Under normal circumstances, the hoster be Ultrashroomz (NNID: Ultrashroomz)

Depending on the number of participants, there will be either one or two groups. If there are two groups, you will then be designated to one of two groups. BE SURE TO JOIN THE GROUP YOU WERE ASSIGNED TO!

We will be playing Turf Wars, Splat Zones and Tower Control, but will only play one mode for the whole duration of the tournament. No weapons, subweapons, specials, items, and/or skills are banned so use your best build! You can also switch weapons and gear between battles so you aren’t limited to using one weapon only. Teams will be randomly assigned within each group. However, you will play on the same team for 3 matches in a row before the teams are reshuffled.

Score will be determined by earning the most points overall. Since the bonus 300 points will be included for the winning team, be sure to try to ink as much turf as possible to get the bonus points. However, the MVP for the losing team will also be able to earn points as well so try your best! All maps will be used on random
