Nah the story is the same, it just goes in a somewhat different direction after the end of the anime.

After the end of the anime? So depending on season 2 of the anime it may not even be different even then then.

Actually it will. Season 2 will start exactly where season 1 left off according to manga.

And btw the anime ending isn't much diffrerent from the manga though. Sure there's different in small stuffs but the plot is still pretty much the same.
