First off, who would have thought that a new IP would have a chance of outselling an established one, in one market at least. That still blows my mind.
Honestly I think by year's end Splatoon will have a chance to pass up MK 8. Given that Splatoon has yet to have a holiday season and MK has already had one, the year end shopping season will benefit Splatoon more I feel. Also bundling it would help, but this rate that might not be needed.
