Rodea the Sky Soldier delayed again (November) due to "ongoing technical diffiulties"

Even with these delays, I have to wonder if it's possible for the game to perform worse outside of Japan than it has in Japan. I mean, Japanese sales of the game have been abysmal. Bad bad bad, crash and burn bad.
