I'm gonna be honest, the saying "nice guys finish last" pisses me off and it's a piss-poor excuse to cover up someone's fear of failure. All you need in your life is a little damn confidence. There is no "finishing last" there are only relationships and experiences that you were either unprepared for or never meant to be in. And those are the same pitches that life throws everyone!
