Yeah it should be. But if you go to the full west in Velen, you will notice there is a big landmass acrass the "ocean", "river" of whatever. Also on my first map picture you could see it left on the picture.

ah now i see what part your talking about. well maybe its an error? its not on the map during the game or on the map given out with the game its self, so its not really an issue IMO
