unlikely. Between the two the platforms it would have to have an outrageously high attach rate, and even in a couple years it would have to have a high attach rate, and still have enough legs to get there.
Plus SA was on PS2, Xbox, and PC, so it sold considerably more than 15 mil. I've heard more than 20 mil. So if in two years, the two platforms combined have an install base of 100 mil, it would still take a very high attach rate and incredible legs in order for it to reach SA levels. And in the new hype dominated HD market, there is a good chance the next big thing will cut the legs of GTAIV. After two or three more MEGA-blockbuster titles come out GTAIV will be old news.
