It's from Megaman's creator. Inafune quite Capcom shortly after Megaman Legends 3 got the boot. Similar to how Iga left Konami after they put the kabosh on any more of his 2D Castlevania titles. I'm waiting for Kojima to have kickstarter that is basically MGS without being called MGS.

Inafune didn't create Mega Man.
