Let's give Microsoft and other companies TIME to first utilize cloud computing on smaller tasks. Jumping from physics calculation to dynamic frame rendering is a few generations ahead. And if that would be possible you could probably go 100% cloud computing and stream the whole game from servers anyway. 60fps makes the time limit so small and unforgiving that speed of light is already a major enemy.
